Invisible Familiars have premiered a video for "New Mutation Boogie" today via BlackBook, created by Chris Tucci, in advance of their upcoming northeast tour supporting Cibo Matto (tour dates listed below the video). BlackBook writes:

"Experimental indie band Invisible Familiars have created a sound completely unlike anything we’ve ever heard, or at least liked. Their track “New Mutation Boogie” incorporates mechanical tinkerings, as if recorded in a pulsing factory...the video fits the song’s title and essence perfectly. Commencing with a palpitating heart, we see animated figures morph into one another, eerily yet effortlessly, manifesting swaying trees, a scorching sun, a dancing animal kingdom, and a range of hypnotic, geographical shapes, mostly colored with neon lights."

"New Mutation Boogie" is from Invisible Familiars' debut full-length, Disturbing Wildlife, out now via Other Music Recording Co. and available on CD, LP and Download here
